Wunderlabel now has a wide product range. We want to make things easier for you by describing and comparing similar products. In this article, we will explain the differences between cotton labels and imitation cotton labels to help you understand which product is best suited to your needs.
Cotton Labels
You can easily create cotton labels with a chic and simple design on a cream background and attach them to clothing.. The 100% cotton material will match your natural fabric garments perfectly. Fraying at the edges is to be expected with 100% cotton labels as the labels are simply cut with a blade. As far as the choice of colors is concerned, you are somewhat limited here: There are 9 different text colors to choose from. Specially made rubber stencils are used to achieve a sharp high quality print. The printing ink does not bleed or fade, and our cotton labels can be machine-washed in warm water (up to 86°F / 30°C).
A matching symbol can brighten up your cotton label and highlight your brand. Whether you choose a frame or not is entirely up to you. Why not try both before making up your mind? If you already have a logo and want a 100% cotton logo label, we recommend ordering the printed PRO labels.
Cotton labels can be ordered starting from 100 pieces.
Imitation Cotton Labels
Imitation cotton is made of 100% polyester but has a real cotton look. You can find imitation cotton in the category "Clothing Labels" under "Printed Satin Labels Color". These labels are individually cut with heat and will hardly fray. Of course, polyester is a very strong and durable material, and can be washed in hot water (up to 194°F / 90°C). This product can also be ordered in double satin, which is slightly thicker than ordinary satin. The labels made of imitation cotton and double satin are digitally printed using sublimation ink.

Imitation cotton labels are particularly suitable for very colorful labels and offer more choice in terms of colors and patterns. The advanced color settings allow you to use a different shade for each row of text you insert. You can even enter your desired shade in the CMYK colour picker.
Another difference to the cotton labels is the interactive preview available in the online configurator in which you can change the individual elements by resizing, rotating, moving and mirroring them.
And don’t miss out on our newest feature for imitation cotton labels: the QR Code generator! Just enter a URL or upload your logo to automatically generate and place the code on your label.
The color printed labels can be ordered starting from 10 pieces.
