The production of business cards involves several steps, from design to shipping, to ensure a high-quality end product. These mighty little cards can strongly contribute to making a good first impression on potential clients or business partners. At Wunderlabel we follow a clear and well-thought-out process to optimize turnaround times and give our customers professional results at competitive prices.
1. Create Your Design Online
Everything starts with the design. You can create your unique business cards by using our online configurator. Upload your own logo or graphic, choose vibrant colors, add symbols, or generate a QR code. Check the result in the interactive preview and tweak it to your liking for a business card that perfectly represents you and your business.
2. Business Card Material Selection
The choice material is paramount. Wunderlabel uses two types of paper for the production of business cards: Recycled paper is an environmentally friendly option. It is well suited for environmentally conscious brands. Kraft paper is very sturdy and has a natural, rustic look. It is suitable for business cards that need to convey an organic or handmade look.
3. Printing
We use digital printing to ensure crisp details and vibrant colors. With digital printing, the printer receives the design directly from the computer without the need for a printing plate. This allows for a high degree of design flexibility and the ability to produce smaller print runs cost-effectively. We print the cards on high quality 300 gsm paper. If you wish, you can add a matte finish to give your business card a special touch and protective layer.
4. Cutting to Size
After printing, the cards are die-cut to the standard 85 x 54 mm format. We make sure that all edges are clean and smooth so that your business cards look professional.
5. Quality Control
We randomly inspect each batch to ensure that the colors, cut, and print quality meet the highest standards.
6. Packing and Shipping
After inspection, we carefully package your business cards to protect them during shipping. We make sure that you receive your order on time and in perfect condition.
