Production Process
Hang tags are produced in several stages, with digital printing playing a central role.
Digital printing allows designs to be sent directly from the computer to the printer without needing a printing plate. The printer uses CMYK colors to transfer the design onto the paper, resulting in vibrant, high-quality prints that accurately match colors and capture fine details.
Wunderlabel also offers white ink for printing on kraft paper. The trendy white ink gives your hang tags a stylish, rustic appearance that complements natural and eco-friendly materials. Hang tags can be finished with either a matte or gloss coating, depending on your preference.
After printing, a cutting machine trims the hang tags to the specified size and shape, and the hole for hanging is punched.
