The choice of material is a crucial step in creating the perfect label. Wunderlabel offers premium custom made labels in a variety of materials. The choice varies according to the product. 

Material of Custom Clothing Labels

The woven clothing labels are made of 100% recycled polyester. In addition, all our woven labels are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. This means that the materials used by Wunderlabel to produce the woven labels are proven to be free of substances that are harmful to health. They are certified as product class 1: safe for babies and toddlers up to 3 years of age.

 Our printed labels with text and symbols are available in 100% satin polyester, 100% recycled Tyvek or eco-friendly cotton. Tyvek is a synthetic paper-like material that is extremely durable, tear and water resistant and will not fray. 

Color printed satin labels in satin polyester or cotton imitation are a cost effective alternative to the products listed.

Three different materials are available for logo labels. One option is 100% recycled polyester. This material is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. Another option is 100% satin polyester or environmentally friendly cotton.

Material of Paper Tags and Stickers

Hang tags and stickers at Wunderlabel are made from high quality materials to meet different needs. For the production of swing labels Wunderlabel uses standard 300 gsm paper, which gives them a robust and durable quality. There is also a recycled option made from 300 gsm paper that contains up to 40% recycled material. The 300 gsm kraft labels are very popular, giving a natural and rustic look to customers' products.

For personalized sticker labels, Wunderlabel uses conventional or waterproof paper with a polypropylene coating. This special coating ensures that the stickers are resistant to moisture and wear, increasing their durability and versatility. Application on suitable surfaces is smooth, bubble free and long lasting.We deliver both the standard and waterproof labels on sheets. Although clear labels and vinyl stickers - especially die-cut - are very popular, we do not currently offer them!
