Fashion Brand Deals

When we wrote about the history of the world's biggest fashion companies, we were surprised to find that almost all of today's very successful fashion houses have collaborated with celebrities, mostly athletes. Nike started this trend in the 80s with Michael Jordan. The fashion industry and super athletes seem to be a perfect marketing match. The strategy has been so successful that it has been replicated throughout the industry.

So we did some research to see how many mega deals actually exist. This is our list. That doesn't mean there aren't many more out there. We will add them over time. So check back often.

Note that most of these numbers are estimates, since we do not have access to the original contracts. But you can verify and read about them yourself, as each claim has one or more source links in the table.
