DTF Custom Heat Transfers - The Revolution in Textile Printing!
What Is DTF Transfer Printing?
Direct-to-Film (DTF) Transfer is a printing process in which a printable film is transferred directly onto the print substrate (usually T-shirts, hoodies or other garments) without using a separate transfer paper.
In this process, the printable film is printed in a special printer that uses UV inks. The printed film is then placed onto the garment and applied with a special heat press or iron to permanently fix the design.
DTF printing processes offer several advantages over other printing processes, such as higher print quality, greater color accuracy, long durability and the ability to print on a variety of materials.
How Does DTF Transfer Printing Work?
DTF Transfer Printing works as follows:
1. Design preparation: The design is first uploaded to a computer and edited with special software to prepare it for printing.
2. Printing process: The edited design is then printed onto a printable DTF film using special UV inks. Finally, thermal powder is applied to the printed DTF film and activated using heat.
Where Can DTF Transfers Be Used?
DTF transfers can be used to decorate all kinds of textiles, such as T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, sportswear, functional clothing, workwear, high-visibility jackets, gym bags, backpacks, caps and much more.
