Woven Logo Labels

Fully Customizable

Design
Woven logo labels are completely customizable in size and can feature up to 6 Pantone colors. Options such as different folded label styles, pure color to enhance light colors, iron-on adhesive backing, taffeta trim and melange color combinations are available. Our state-of-the-art weaving process creates your newly designed woven label from scratch according to your exact specifications. Laser cut specialty shapes are also an option.

Material
Our woven labels are made of 100% damask woven polyester which means they are colorfast and machine washable in all temperatures. Our woven labels are durable and will not fray, but are also soft against the skin. They retain their shape even after many washings.

All of our woven labels are made with a minimum of 50% recycled yarn.

The materials used to make our woven labels are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials. The materials used by Wunderlabel to make our woven labels have been proven to be free of any substances which might be harmful to people's health.

Options

Melange Color Option
Our two-tone melange labels have a slight shimmer finish and are comfortable against the skin. Each color option has a soft heathered effect which lightly glistens.

Laser Cut Shapes
All shapes and designs can be achieved using our laser cutting technology. Edges remain soft and flexible and will not fray.

Pure Color
The Pure Color option means that an additional layer of thread is woven into the label background color. This extra thread strengthens the background color so that the text thread color does not "bleed" through the background.

Iron-On Adhesive Backing
Adhesive backing allows for the label to be attached using heat.

Taffeta Edging
Taffeta edging strengthens the side of the label which will be sewn into a seam.

8 folded label options are available:

Care:

Can be safely washed in all temperatures and tumble dried. Labels with the iron-on option can be washed in water up to 90° F (washing machine setting: warm).
