How can I order custom event wristbands?
Ordering your own fabric custom event wristbands is easy because we offer an online design tool. This online design tool will take you step by step through the process. Quantities start at only 25 pieces so whether you’re a major event organizer or planning a more intimate party, we can help. Design your own and process your order in just a few minutes.
As mentioned before, creating your design and placing your order is easy.
- For printed wristbands with text and symbol, the first tab in the design tool is LABEL. Here you will choose if you’d like to design adult sized (13.4” x 0.4” / 340 x 10 mm) or child sized (10” x 0.4” / 255 x 10 mm) wristbands.
- The next step is color selection which is found under the COLOR tab in the design tool. The color you will be choosing here is the base color. Using the color selection box, choose your desired background ribbon color. If you’re going for a bright eye-catching look or a muted color palette, we’ve got you covered.
- After choosing the background color, you’ll move on to the TEXT tab. Here you can input your text in 2 fields. Choose the perfect font and color for your text in this step as well. Each text field can have different fonts and colors - so get creative! Keep in mind that your symbol will be placed in between these 2 text fields in the design.
- Finally, in the SYMBOL tab, you can choose from hundreds of free symbols to embellish your custom event wristband design. We have something for everyone!
- In the EXTRAS tab you’ll find all the closure options: white, black, red and blue. These closures slide on and stay put. Once they are in place, they cannot be removed.

How to remove event wristbands?
Our optional self locking closures are made to stay put. Once the closure is in place it cannot be removed. The wristband must be cut in order to be removed from your wrist.
How are wristbands made?
After your order for wristbands has been processed your design is woven on professional jacquard looms from scratch. The bands are then hot cut to prevent fraying and to make the edges soft and comfortable on the skin.
