Upload the front and back sides of your design separately. The following formats are supported: PDF, JPG, TIFF or PNG. We recommend 300 dpi for optimum resolution.
Please add a 1.5 mm tolerance where your design will meet the cut edge of the hang tag. Your uploaded file must “hang over” the intended cut edge by 1.5 mm to ensure a perfectly printed edge. Omit any crop lines. Use the design preview as your guide.

Our matte laminated hang tags are coated with a lamination film which enhances the look and feel of the paper. They are sturdy, professional quality and the top choice for use in the retail market. These hang tags have a completely matte finish. Colors may vary when printed on kraft paper.
Without Matte Lamination:
Hang tags without the matte lamination option are printed on plain 300 gsm paper which has a glossy finish (no lamination film is applied). Kraft paper hang tags without the matte lamination remain matte while the print appears glossy. Colors may vary when printed on kraft paper.

Hang Tags with Text & Symbol
Our hang tags are printed on 300 gsm paper which means they feel substantial and sturdy in your hand. Digital printing provides crisp vibrant colors and sharp images and text. They are individually cut and include a punched hole for hanging. Optional cords and ribbons are available. Hang tags are available in standard 300 gsm paper, 40% recycled 300 gsm paper and 300 gsm kraft paper. Our hang tag paper is sourced from a supplier which is certified for the following: Forest Stewardship Council® Heavy Metal Absence 94/62/CE Elemental Chlorine Free Guaranteed (ECF) Acid Free / Long-Life ISO 9706 Selected Secondary Fibers (See MORE INFO tab for descriptions)

Specs :
Our high quality rayon hang tag cords with a plastic snap lock fastener are durable and designed to stay fastened. Once the fastener has been closed, it cannot be opened again. The cord is soft and flexible with a nice sheen and creates the perfect loop for hang tags. Multiple fasteners can be locked together to create a chain if needed.
Our 100% polyester satin hang tag ribbons are soft and flexible. They easily fit the punched hole of our hang tags and the length is ideal for attaching with a knot, bow or pin.
Our matte finish hang tags are laminated with 18 micron thick BOPP lamination film. The lamination is applied using a pressurized roller which uses heat to transfer the BOPP lamination film. This process enhances the paper to create a sturdy and elegant feel to the hang tags. They are professional quality and the most popular choice for use in the retail market. Our hang tag paper is sourced from a supplier which is certified for the following: Forest Stewardship Council® - This certification means that the paper used to create our hang tags is made from responsible sources and has been verified to meet FSC’s strict environmental and social standards. Heavy Metal Absence 94/62/CE - Paper is produced in conformity with the CE94/62 "concentration of heavy metals in packaging". It is the directive defining the maximum concentration of heavy metals such as cadmium, chrome, mercury and lead. Elemental Chlorine Free Guaranteed (ECF) - Certification ensures total absence of derivative organic chlorine. Acid Free / Long-Life ISO 9706 - Certifies long life of acid free paper. Selected Secondary Fibers - Sourcing reclaimed material for use in FSC Product Groups or FSC Certified Projects.
