Material

Our Woven Logo Labels are made with 100% recycled polyester*. The labels are colourfast, robust and will retain their shape even after many washings. Each label is woven from scratch on professional weaving machines and cut using a heat cutting method. This means that the label edges will not fray and are comfortable against the skin. Taffeta edging, which enforces the sides of the labels for sewing, is optional and can be added to the top/bottom or left/right sides.

Certification

The materials used to make our woven labels are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified*. The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials. That means the materials used by Wunderlabel to make our woven labels have been proven to be free of any substances which might be harmful to people's health.

Melange Colour
Our two-tone melange labels have a slight shimmer finish and are comfortable against the skin. Each colour option has a soft heathered effect which lightly glistens.

Woven Logo Labels can be washed in hot water:

Design

Upload your logo or artwork using our online design tool with just a few clicks. Woven logo labels can be fully customised as a flat label, folded label or laser cut into shapes. Our Woven Labels with your Logo can feature up to 6 Pantone colours. Use our automatic color detection or choose your colours manually. Options like pure colour and taffeta trim can be added as well. These woven labels can be sewn on by hand or by using a sewing machine and also have an iron-on option. Our professional weaving process creates your newly designed woven labels from scratch.

Pure Colour Option
The Pure Colour option means that an additional layer of thread is woven into the label background colour. This extra thread strengthens the background colour so that the text thread colour does not "bleed" through the background. This option is recommended for label designs with a light background colour and dark text.

Taffeta Edge Option
Taffeta edging can be added to the top/bottom edges or left/right sides of our woven logo labels depending on the style of label you have chosen. This option adds a 1/4” (6 - 7 mm) of extra taffeta material on the sides you have chosen. Taffeta is a crisp, tightly woven fabric and is used to create an enforced area for attaching the label.
